Call for candidates to assist in establishment of a CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM in ECO-UNESCO

Background:
ECO-UNESCO is Ireland’s environmental education and youth organisation affiliated to the World Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centres and Associations and is a non-for profit organisation.


ECO-UNESCO is reviewing its database system and is looking for an individual to assist in the development and implementation of a Customer Relation Management System (Salesforce) in the organisation.

Services required:
· To determine with the National Director and Information team the information, reporting and data needs of ECO-UNESCO.
· To implement a Customer Relation Management System (Salesforce) in ECO-UNESCO.
· To customise Salesforce for use in the organisation to ensure optimisation of package.
· To convert all of ECO-UNESCO’s current database and information to Salesforce and draft up clear guidelines on the use and maintenance of Salesforce.
· To train staff on the use and upkeep of Salesforce.

The successful candidate will have:
· relevant qualifications in information systems and databasing
· extensive experience of working with Customer Relation Management systems, in particular Salesforce.

Timeframe: February 2010 – March 2010
